Refund policy

Returns on backpacks, boots, and lifejackets that are unworn, with tags attached/in original box, and with a receipt will be accepted up to 7 days after purchase for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Returns on other goods that are unopened, unused, with tags attached/in original box, and with a receipt will be accepted for full cash refund up to 7 days from date of purchase or for store credit up to 14 days from date of purchase.

No returns are accepted on special orders, open goods, or on used goods.  All sales are final on discounted or clearance items.
